Vaibhav Belhekar is currently our Legal Advisor and independent Practicing Attorney. Mr. Belhekar is also Non Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eolico Art & Info Private Limited, a FinTech company operating in high-end art collector’s monetary valuations, Non Executive Director of Swiss Holding Limited, a company whose an affiliate of Eolico Art & Info Private Limited and Non Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Art Curve Private Limited, an Art Evaluation company serving institutional and private art collectors.

Mr. Belhekar is a global strategic & legal advisor who provides its clients a variety of legal advice tailored to their objectives. Mr. Belhekar is also legal and strategic advisor to global companies, family offices and startups. His expertise are in field of FDI, ODI, merger & acquisitions, transaction advisory and foreign company incorporations, corporate documents drafting & negotiations.

Mr. Belhekar’s background in strategic and legal advisory work was built during his 09-year career, during which he initiated and executed important Mergers and advisory transactions. He began his career as an analyst at the then leading art & auction company in London and subsequently became Director of American based technology startup, with responsibilities for legal department, investment and strengthening the company’s investments and assets on North American shores.

Mr. Belhekar is a graduate of The Ferguson College of the University of Pune, where he earned his Bachelors of Legislature & Law with concentrations in economics and International Banking laws. Mr. Belhekar is currently serves as Non Executive Director and advisor on the board of directors for handful of companies due to his significant advisory experience. Also he is Non Executive Chairman in his family owned ventures in field of aviation, art and information technology. Mr. Belhekar is member of the Rolls Royce Enthusiasts’ Club – UK, Associate Member of Britain-Nepal BMW Owners’ Club and Member of Porsche Driving Academy, Germany.

Mr. Belhekar was born and brought up in Pune, India. He is serving as honorary director on the board of Rotary  International Foundation Club (RCPL) Pune.
